“They love everything about it, but honestly the counselors make TIC a fantastic experience for the kids.”
Musically inclined campers who want to compose and record their own music will love this option. They use a digital professional grade audio program, Ableton Live, to learn the basics of song composition and digital music production.
Pads, patches, compression, reverb, and note quantization may all sound like foreign concepts now, but campers soon become familiar with advanced industry tools to put their musical creativity to work. MIDI keyboards are provided for recording, and campers learn to export their songs into MP3s to be shared with family and friends! Past camper projects include creating singles, podcasts, or collaborating with Filmmaking and Animation to create music for projects.
