After a full and active day, campers get a healthy snack and decide on their choice of low-key activities or
indoor games from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. or until picked up. There is no computer use nor organized sports during this
time. Activities vary by location, but may include board games, arts & crafts, four square, ping pong or
badminton; a movie option also may be offered once a week.
Extended Day costs $180 per session. There are no refunds for this service after the first day
of camp. We do not prorate the fee by the day, but campers may "drop-in" for $25 per day, payable
with cash or check. You may sign up for specific days at Orientation on the first day of camp.
We offer a round trip shuttle bus—including Extended Day—to the new TIC-VA site from the parking lot of
the Oakcrest School (our former location) for $220 per session, picking up at 7:45 a.m.
and returning at 6:00 p.m. A round trip shuttle bus without Extended Day is also available for $150, picking up at
7:45 a.m. and returning at approximately 3:15 p.m. [You must pre-register for the shuttle bus, since the spots available are limited.]
At both VA and MD, campers who have registered for extra-cost tennis ride in our van to the courts
for no extra charge.

NEW BOX LUNCH SERVICE!
Our online box lunch provider is Fairfax Food Services, delivering a meat or a vegetarian option daily. If you want
to avoid the hassle of packing your camper's lunch and would like nutritious and kid-friendly choices which you may
conveniently order from your own computer, we are happy to recommend them.
If you prefer to send a homemade lunch, please make it non-perishable since we have no refrigeration
available. Or, if packing perishables, use an ice-pack in an insulated container.
