Shuttle Bus Permission Form

If your child is registered for the TIC-VA Shuttle Bus. Please make sure to complete the Permission Form and then email tabitha@ticcamp.com. The Langley School Transportation Department will operate school buses from the school to designated cluster stops as listed below. The Langley bus drivers have appropriate experience and training and have been trained to deal with accidents or any other disruptions. TIC is fully insured and meets all of the American Camp Association accreditation standards for transporting children. Langley Sumer Studio (Camp for preschool-1st grade) will be riding the bus alongside TIC campers.

Departure/Arrival Times

Morning bus departure is indicated in the table below for each stop. If you arrive at the bus stop early, you MUST wait with your child until they are checked in. If you arrive after the scheduled departure time, you will need to take your child directly to The Langley School for camp, which begins at 8:30am.

Afternoon bus arrival is indicated in the table below for each stop. If you are running late picking up your child, please call 703-785-0556. If a child is not picked up by the designated time, the bus counselor will call the contact numbers listed on the permission form and your child will be driven back to camp and enrolled in Extended Day (additional costs apply). Parent/Guardian is required to show a carpool card and sign child out at pick-up.

On the permission form, please give us all relevant contact numbers (parents, friends or relatives, guardians, babysitters) including numbers of cell phones– whatever is necessary for anyone who may be contacted if a child is not picked up on time.
