Lunch Options

Campers bring and carry a non-perishable lunch or insulated lunch box. Campers eat lunch between 11:30 and 12:00 each day. We do not have a refrigerator or microwaves for camper lunches. Don’t forget silverware! We are a NUT friendly camp; however, we provide a NUT FREE area for campers, who choose to, can eat lunch.

We partner with My Hot Lunchbox (MHL) for camp lunch service! With this program, you can order your camper’s favorite meals from restaurants they know and love. See below for more information on how to sign up and order lunch.

Snacks

Snacks can be eaten at almost any time throughout the day; however, we do not have a designated “snack time.” Campers wishing to eat a snack will need to inform their counselor, wash their hands, eat at the safe, designated snack area, and wash their hands again. Food is not allowed in the computer classrooms and campers are not permitted to share food.

MHL provides lunch options that also support local restaurants. Lunches are individually prepared and delivered fresh each day to your camper, with a variety of delicious options every day of the week, providing parents an alternative to packing a lunch. MHL lunch program is quick, convenient, and easy to use! This service is entirely run by My Hot Lunchbox, so any meal changes, cancellations, etc. need to be sent directly through their portal. For technical problems or questions regarding food, policies, missed or late orders, credits, and cancellations, please email info@myhotlunchbox.com or call (888) 894-8295.

How to Sign Up:

  • Go to https://ordernow.myhotlunchbox.com/sign-up

  • Click on "Create an Account" under “Customer”

  • Fill in all required fields to create your account

  • Once you've created your account, add a Profile for each camper you are planning to order for

How can I see what's on the menus? TO BE UPDATED

Once you have created your free account, you can view daily menus on the Lunch Calendar by selecting the day of the week and the profile you’d like to place an order for. You can also view any pending or paid orders by selecting the My Cart tab on the left sidebar.

When do I need to place my lunch order?

The deadline to add, edit, or cancel an order is 12PM (noon) the day before delivery.

How do I place an order for lunch?

Log into your My Hot Lunchbox account, click on the Lunch Calendar, and select the day and profile you would like to place an order for. This will populate the lunch menu and you can select the items you would like to order. Once the items are selected, click the Add to Order button and your meal(s) will be added to your cart. You can continue placing orders for future dates or you can click on the My Cart tab and proceed to check out and pay for the meals.

Helpful tip: If you would like to repeat the same meal for a specific day of the week for the session, check the repeat box in the lower-left corner. You are also able to process all meals and have your card charged weekly by selecting “Activate Subscription” under My Cart/Subscription.

Yes! The My Hot Lunchbox app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play
