There are members of our community who may not be able to attend camp this summer due to financial constraints.
To support these families, TIC has created a Mutual Aid Fund to help members of our community who would like to attend camp this summer but may need some financial support. 1% of each registration will be donated toward the mutual aid fund.

Why is it called a Mutual Aid Fund?
Mutual aid is rooted in the understanding that communities look out for one another with the goal of redistributing resources to achieve a collective good—in this case, helping campers attend camp. While many have been negatively impacted by the pandemic and ongoing financial challenges, others have been fortunate enough not to have been. 100% of the donated funds will go to campers seeking some financial support.

Availability:
The Mutual Aid Fund is available for
TIC-DC, TIC-MD, and TIC-VA campers enrolled in Session 1 or Session 4. Unfortunately, funds are not available for Sessions 2 or 3 at this time.

Camp is all about being a part of a community—and communities look out for each other.

If you have any questions about the TIC Mutual Aid Fund or are interested in using the fund for your camper’s registration, please contact Tabitha at
