TIC VA Shuttle Bus Information

The Langley School Transportation Department will operate school buses from the school to designated cluster stops (not door-to-door), listed below, before and after camp. Times and pricing vary depending on pickup point location. Exact details listed below. The Langley School Summer Studio (Camp for preschool-1st grade) will also ride the bus alongside TIC campers. A shuttle bus permission form will be required to include the names of all relevant contact numbers.

The bus departs at the times listed below. If you arrive at the bus stop early, you must wait with your child until they are checked in. If you arrive after the scheduled departure time, you will need to take your child directly to The Langley School for camp. The bus will leave the school after camp at 3:05 PM. Parents must pick up no later than the time listed below or your child(ren) will be transported back to The Langley School and checked into Extended Day (additional costs will apply).

Campers must obey the bus rules including remaining quietly seated with seat belt fastened at all times the bus is in motion. The Langley bus drivers have a Commercial Drivers' License and appropriate experience and training. TIC and The Langley School are fully insured and buses are frequently maintened.
