TIC “Camper”ships
“Camper”ships are awarded on the basis of financial need on a first come, first served basis. Applications are reviewed and awarded on a rolling basis until the funds are depleted. We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible as funds are usually distributed by April 15.
To apply for a scholarship, the following steps must be completed in entirety:
Register for camp and pay the $200 deposit. Do this now before camper spots fill up. If the scholarship awarded is not enough for the camper to participate, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Complete the TIC “Camper”ship application
Typically, scholarships awarded cover 1/3 to 1/2 of the total cost. This amount could vary based on your circumstances. It is our general expectation that each family would be able to pay a minimum of $200 per camper.
